Separate the Men from the Boys

There are a lot of people running around calling themselves men. What is the definition of a man? Is it simply the fact that you have a penis? Or one less rib than a woman? Or is it that you have facial hair? The majority of these people calling themselves men are not actually men, their boys in men's bodies.

I'm going to give you the official qualifications of being a man and notifications if you think you're a man but you're really a boy.

If you live with your momma you're a boy.

If you still borrow money from you're momma, you're a boy.

If you have three different children by three different women and borrow money from your momma to pay child support, you're a boy.

If you whine and cry about how you can't find a job, then get offered a job to shovel horse manure that you turn down yet go home to eat food bought with food stamps, you're a boy.

If you get up every morning, at the crack of dawn, to go to work to put food on the table, clothes on your children's back and a roof over your families head, you're a man.

If you sacrifice above all things, except God, to ensure that your family is safe and protected and you would lay your life down for them, you're a man.

If you go to work everyday, through rain, snow, sleet, gloom of night, and you respect the people you work with and authority regardless of how you feel on the inside, you're a man.

If you face adversity and don't cry and whine and look for someone else to pull you out of it, but  handle it yourself with God's help, you're a man.
Therefore, for all the real men out there, keep up the good work and pass on your manly wisdom to the next generation or else we'll have a nation of boys.

To the boys, grow the f*ck up.
