Women, Can I Get the Rule Book?

I feel, with the particular climate in society, that single men need a clear policy and procedure book they can follow on how to make a pass at a women without being accused of sexism, sexual harassment or abuse of power.

I say single men because married men already have a play book.  Their married, period.  That's the policy and procedure book for them.  The rules are very simple, the only woman you need to be worried about, looking at, sexually harassing, and lusting after is your wife.

I feel sorry for single men because they have to secretly lust for a woman and not say anything to her. How do you tell a woman that you're hot for her without offending her? Or being accused of inappropriate behavior? How do you tell a woman, that you just want to have sex without it getting personal?

To even suggest propositioning a woman, in the work place, would be an offense punishable with the loss of your job. But if a woman did it, she would be considered independent and taking control of her sexuality.

So can the single men just get a rule book on what to say and how to approach a women without offending her to let her know that he wants to be intimate with her with no strings attached. The rule book needs to have clear and concise instructions regarding all woman because they are multifaceted and men are monolithic when it comes to sex.
