There are some stupid people out here. Not book stupid, human stupid. For instance, parents forget that they were once teenagers. They remember when they were children and the Christmas shit, the birthdays and that adolescent shit. But seldom do most parents recall their teenage years with all the little dirty sneaky shit that they did in the bedroom with their boyfriend or girlfriend when mommy and daddy were watching TV while sitting on the living room couch.

How many hand jobs at the movie theater or clitoral stimulation did teenagers of our era engage in? How many near miss pregnancies were there that no one knew about except you and your boyfriend? But yet parents of today will ostracize their teenagers at the mere thought of sexual activity. Especially in today's technical times where teenagers can have visual sex with their cell phones or on their computers.

The secrecy is what draws teenagers to do this bullshit. If the teenagers only knew what their parents did when they were teenagers, the parents could teach them a few things about being sneaky. We didn't have cell phones. We had to plan and scheme to be together intimately. A quickie was maybe on a rooftop landing.

Parents, if you talked to your teenagers, there might be a lot less stress in your lives. Teenagers, there's nothing new under the sun.

We all make mistakes. Parents have made plenty. When you learn from your mistakes you grow as a person. When you keep repeating the same mistakes, over and over again, with the same negative results, then you're just a stupid muthafucker.
