I Don’t Know Who You Trying to Bullshit

“I don’t know who you trying to bullshit. I know you’re hungry. Just look at your skinny ass.”

God works in mysterious ways.  He works in ways that are incomprehensible to man.  Here I was, a broken man, destitute and starving, and who would God send to rescue me?  A drug dealer.  Although he had ulterior motives, the fact of the matter is, if he didn't come into my life, at the point that he did, I don't know what desperate act I would have committed to stay afloat.

Even though I was hungry and broke when Cory asked me if I wanted anything to eat, I said "No," that I was ok. I could hear the rumblings of my stomach while I said the words.  But like the saying goes - You can't bullshit a bullshitter.  Cory said "O.k." but when he returned he brought me the biggest sandwich I ever saw in my life.  Maybe it wasn't that big, but I was starving.

I often think to myself about how God uses all people to work his miracles.

Pride comes before the fall.  I was so prideful that I was willing to starve for it.  I've learned.  Fuck that shit!

Are you letting pride starve you?
