Then She Pulled the Trigger

I could see this sinister look in her eyes. Then she pulled the trigger. I heard the pin of the gun click.

What is this invisible power in relationships?  Logical common sense says if, I don't want to be with you or you don't want to be with  me, we cut our loses and move on.  No hard feelings.  One of us just doesn't want to be with the other anymore.  Sometimes it's mutual that muthafuckers don't love each other anymore, but most of the times it's one sided - a muthafucker wants to go.  But then the invisible power kicks in and over powers the one being left.

The next thing you know, muthafuckers are saying I'll kill myself if you leave; I won't let you leave; I'll kill you before I let anyone else have you; you can't leave or I'll make you're life a living Hell.  Everybody has heard that shit.

At what point does all logic, common sense and self control fly out the window?  Why in the world would you want to be with someone that blatantly does not want to be with you?  In that persons mind, do they think they can keep someone because they love them?  These muthafuckers get straight up crazy.  They start stalking people.  Everybody has done it in some shape, form or fashion, if they've been left.  If not physically, then in their minds with abnormal thoughts.

There are crazy muthafuckers out here that go as far as disfiguring a beautiful woman with a razor blade or battery acid just so no one else will want her. Coldhearted, spiteful muthafuckers!

Again I say, what is this invisible power that makes muthafuckers lose their minds?
